110-member Workforce at Our 100,000sqm Plant
Cangzhou Juzhong Hardware Products Co. Ltd was established in 2005. We are a firm with integrated design, casting, machining, assembly, inspection, testing, marketing and service units. Our 110-member workforce includes 95 manipulators and 15 technicians, all working at our 10,000sqm manufacturing plant.
Volume Manufacturing Certified to ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949
Large-scale orders are not a problem: our foundry has a 150 tons per month production capacity, giving us enough material for processing. Our factory is furnished with 50 CNC lathes, along with a robot casting and manual casting line. The end result is a monthly capacity of 120,000 valves and strainers. Operations are certified to ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949.
Meeting DIN, ASME, JIS, EN and Other Standards

Our products comply with international standards including API 6D, API 608, API 607, ASME, PED 97/23 EN, BS, DIN, JIS, DVGW W534 and GB-TSG. Available pressure ratings include Class 150/300/600/900/1500, PN16/25/40/63/100/160 and JIS10K/20K/30K/65K/110K. The materials we use include CF8M, CF8, CF3, CF3M, CN7M, LCB, WCB, WC6, WC9 and C5, we also accept other materials upon your request.
